About the Band: Duncan May has been writing and performing for over fifteen years on bass and guitar. A traditional jazz background on bass and road tested "rock" chops make up the fluid style of musicianship. Tony Richardson brings versatility with his percussion, bass and guitar skills. He used to play with The Rainfellas before becoming a staple in the lineup. His skills and flexibility add tasty accents when instruments switch. Curt Redding has amazed crowds on the drums for years with the likes of legendary Johnny Neel and Mile8 and has completed the vortex of sound.
"...the singer/songwriter’s music is as strong as ever: He’s just released two albums, the alt-rock Push & Pull and the earthy, Americana-tinged This Day Coming. He spoke about inspiration, dealing with loss and the finer points of playing at the Bluebird Café. "

"Duncan May plays acoustic bayou pop" --The City Paper,Nashville
...Duncan May has just enough twang to get some folks calling him Americana, but his bread and butter is blues-influeced funk rock that should get any Widespread Panic fan doing the hippie wiggle. - Nashville Scene
