The new album is a celebration of the joy and struggles that exist within each of us, a life of craziness and balance, release in a controlled environment.
Within the new album there are audio clips recorded by us that capture our daily lives. From wind chimes out our windows to fairgrounds and footsteps down familiar gravel roads, the album tells a story: truly the soundtrack of our lives.
The collection of songs were written over the last year and were recorded basically live except vocals and Johnny Neel's organ over-dubs.
We had one day to record all songs so each song was played twice, the "best" one made the record, capturing an event and a moment in time. dm
